Why?I'll be honest, I hate Batman, and that stems from me not being a big fan of DC Comics. Now why would I be watching this? You may ask yourself. With how good The Dark Knight Rises looks, I thought I should give this whole Batman thing a shot again. Plus, I'm a huge fan of Christian Bale. Also, my lady is a big fan of these movies, and she is really good with recommendations, so I always take her word. So here we go!

Aftermath
Well, well, well...I was certainly a fool for waiting seven years to watch this movie. Speaking of which, I was a sophomore in 2005...holy shit, where does the time go? None than less, this was an extremely great movie. I understand the backing and sentiments about this movie and the series.
Christian Bale was awesome but Michael Caine always overshadows him, in my eyes. Michael Caine has always ruled and just possesses a lack of a better word, swagger about himself. When I grow up, I want to be Michael Caine, it's that kind of deal.
Katie Holmes...no thanks, I just never liked her at all. Enjoy the crazy with Tom and stay off my television screen, would you?
GARY FUCKING OLDMAN...I never knew his name until recently but I knew his face as "that guy." So with that, he put on another great performance. I've got to watch more of his films.
The Dark Knight should be coming in about...Wednesday? So I'll have some time to ponder this movie and then realize that I'll be watching Heath Ledger's final motion picture which bums me out to know due to the circumstances.
