Awesome new movie poster for The Dark Knight Rises | Saint ... May 21st 2012, 22:48 Warner Bros. has unleashed an awesome new poster for Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises. This is the final chapter in the Nolan directed franchise, and by many accounts, it blows The Dark Knight out of the water. That it's a much bigger and badder film. I've also heard that out of everything we've seen in the trailer, we haven't seen anything yet. The movie opens up in theaters and IMAX on July 20th, and the movie stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levittand Morgan Freeman. In films, implosions are the new explosions I realize this is a minority opinion, but 'The Avengers' is just a hot mess The sunny openness of 'The Avengers' vs. the monkish sacrifice of 'The Dark Knight Rises' O-M-G: Watch the new trailer for 'The Dark Knight Rises' Is the plot of 'The Dark Knight Rises' based on Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns (minus the part about Superman)?
