SUPERMAN

Personal history:

- saved in a space capsule from a radioactive explosion on planet Kypton.

- taken care of by a couple of farmers Jonathan and Martha Kent in Smallville.

- After revealing his secret to his childhood friend, Lana Lang, Clark left Smallville to study at Metropolis University.

Real identity:

- Clark Kent works as a reporter for the Daily Planet with Lois Lane.

Outfit:

- tight blue bodysuit with red cape and "S" shield on his waist.

Powers:

- possesses tremendous strength, indestructible body, sharp senses enable him to hear sounds too faint to be detected by the normal human ear, "x-ray vision" enables him to see clearly through solid objects, power to generate heat within objects manifests itself as a red glow within his eyes, and is therefore known as "heat vision", can move, react, and think at superhuman speed, he can defy gravity and fly through force of will, is only vulnerable to the radiation of Kryptonite, a substance from his native planet. Kryptonite radiation will kill Superman within minutes. He is also vulnerable to magic, and to the powers of some beings, such as Brainiac.

- looks like a bat, black cape, belt featuring gadgets, pointy eared cowl and black tight-fit bodysuit.

Powers:

- can shoot Batarangs, is able to fly and watch the city from rooftops, always answers the bat spotlight signal when the police need him, drives the Batmobile, see in the dark.

Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film is a sequel to Batman Returns (1992), with Val Kilmer replacing Michael Keaton as Batman. The plot focuses on Batman trying to stop Two-Face (Tommy Lee Jones) and the Riddler (Jim Carrey) in their villainous scheme to drain information from all the brains in Gotham City. He gains allegiance from psychiatrist Chase Meridian (Nicole Kidman) and orphaned ward Dick Grayson (Chris O'Donnell).

Batman Begins directed by Christopher Nolan, stars Christian Bale as Batman, along with Michael Caine, Liam Neeson, Katie Holmes, Gary Oldman, Cillian Murphy, Morgan Freeman. The film reboots the Batman film series, telling the origin story of the character and begins with Bruce Wayne's initial fear of bats, the death of his parents, and his journey to becoming Batman.

The Dark Knight is a 2008 American superhero film directed, produced and co-written by Christopher Nolan. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film is part of Nolan's Batman film series and a sequel to 2005′s Batman Begins. Christian Bale reprises the lead role of Bruce Wayne/Batman, with a returning cast of Michael Caine as Alfred Pennyworth, Gary Oldman as James Gordon and Morgan Freeman as Lucius Fox. The film introduces the character of Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart), Gotham's newly elected District Attorney and the cohort of Bruce Wayne's childhood friend Rachel Dawes (Maggie Gyllenhaal), who joins Batman and the police in combating the new rising threat of a criminal calling himself the "Joker" (Heath Ledger).

The Dark Knight Rises is an upcoming superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan, who co-wrote the screenplay with his brother Jonathan Nolan and the story with David S. Goyer. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film will be the third installment in Nolan's Batman film series, and is a sequel to Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008). The Dark Knight Rises is intended to be the conclusion of the series. Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Morgan Freeman will all reprise their roles from Batman Begins and The Dark Knight. The film will take place eight years after the events of The Dark Knight and will introduce the characters of Selina Kyle and Bane—portrayed by Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy, respectively—two villains from the Batman mythology.

SPIDERMAN

- Peter Parker, works as a freelance photographer for a newspaper

Powers:

- 6th sense: spider sense, enables him to sense danger; can cling to any surface with web threads coming from his wrists, leap from one building to another, agile and very light.

Outfit:

boots and gloves consist of a thin layer of material so that they do not inhibit his ability to stick to walls. Spiderman can see out through his white eyepieces, but no one can see in. Running from his elbows to his waist, Spidey's underarm webbing is made of a flexible nylon netting. Red and blue body suit, no cape, spider-eyed cowl. Beneath his costume's shirt, Spider-Man wears a belt that contains his spider-signal, a miniature camera, and spare web cartridges.

Worst enemies:

Venom, the Green Goblin.
