A 30 second TV spot made for The Dark Knight Rises has revealed new footage. I say new footage, well it's about 15 seconds of new footage. But if you're a Bat-fan like myself then you will be highly excited by this latest little snippet.
The new footage entails Joseph Gordon Levitt's character, John Blake, announcing "When you cleaned up the streets you cleaned them up good, pretty soon we'll be chasing overdue library books in a peaceful Gotham." Obviously, that is a tad premature on his part, but at least he's finally said something and it's not just another shot of him holding a gun.
To be honest, it's one of the few hints we've had suggesting that the film is set eight years after The Dark Knight.
We also get a glimpse at Batman's flying machine – The Bat, and it is awesome!
The Dark Knight Rises is out July 20 2012 and stars Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine.
