This one kind of snuck up on us – Ailing phone giant Nokia have an exclusive trailer from The Dark Knight Rises, containing some sparkly new never-seen-before footage. Here was I thinking we'd have to make do with TV spots until the film's released, so this is a nice little surprise that will raise expectation levels just a little bit higher. Anyway, without further ado, let's check it out, shall we?
That score. Hans Zimmer has outdone himself. I could listen to that all day and think I was getting shit done. As for the trailer itself, you have your typical shots of Batman (Christian Bale), Catwoman (Anne Hathaway), and Bane (Tom Hardy) rocking it, and there are some very neat inclusions – Bane knowing the secret identity of the Bat, Bruce's "I'm not afraid, I'm angry," and who is that body we see falling into the water? We'll soon find out.
Christopher Nolan's final chapter in the The Dark Knight trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises, hits screens the world over from the 20th July.
