Powered by WP Greet Box WordPress Plugin The revenge drama OUT OF THE FURNACE stars Christian Bale and Zoe Saldana, directed by Scott Cooper who brought you Crazy Heart The project, housed at Relativity Media is scripted by Brad Ingelsby and it's about a man who got out of prison after serving four years and he's determined to find and hunt down the man who brutally murdered his younger brother. Robert Duvall who worked with Scott on Crazy Heart will play Bale's character's uncle while Saldana will play Bale's ex-wife. So who'll play the younger brother? Deadline said Casey Affleck is in talks to play that role. Affleck's involvement is not yet confirmed.
